There is beauty in the changes that come with growing into a better and healthier version of yourself. During your phases of growth allow me to be by your side and lead you to understanding these changes. Today you took one of the first steps towards personal growth to begin developing the skills and support you deserve to make a positive change in your life.

I am passionate about working with pre-teens, teens, young adults, and BIPOC individuals. During these special years of life, you may be flooded with ideas, feelings, and behaviors that are not easy to navigate alone. My personal philosophy is therapy is your car embarking on a journey of self-growth. You are the driver, and I am the passenger. I am here to help navigate you through difficult times but don’t worry I won’t use the emergency break unless you ask.

My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, school-related issues, work-related issues, social identity, and self-esteem. My therapeutic approach is diverse, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. I also incorporate Play-Therapy Techniques to create a comfortable and engaging environment for minors.  Additionally, I am actively engaged in ongoing training with the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) to help those who struggle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Therapeutic Approach: Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, ERP, and Play-Therapy Techniques
