Hope is an LPC who loves to help people who wish to understand themselves on a deeper level, but may be afraid to do so. She supports her clients by following and challenging them as they journey inwards to explore their emotions, fears, and hopes so that they can feel more at ease with who they are and how they'll show up in the world. Hope understands from her own journey with therapy that it can be terrifying to open up to someone - it is a high risk met with high reward when a person finds someone they can trust. Hope considers that trust sacred and finds it a privilege to be invited into her client's worlds. When you are ready to open up and explore, Hope is here and ready for you.

Things that bring Hope joy: nature hiking, camping, concerts, basically any crafting (will try it and bounce to another one!).  She is a previously trained musician and loves connecting with clients on their musical interests.

Joy: Hope wants to not only know the hard things in your life, she also wants to know what's kept you going, maybe even kept you here. Those are just as important in working towards your goals.

Accountability: Above all, accountability means honesty with yourself. If we run from many things, we may run from ourselves. We become honest with others only when we're honest with ourselves.

Transparency: Hope believes that practicing honesty with her clients keeps them from feeling “in the dark.”
