Ana is a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A). She attended Our Lady of the Lake University, earning a Masters degree in Psychology specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. 

Ana has experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and individuals ages 5 and up; she also provides services in Spanish. She specializes in support clients with grief/bereavement processing, challenging behaviors, family systems issues, and anxiety related difficulties. ,

With a background rooted in strength-based approaches, Ana is committed to empowering her clients to discover resilience and healing within themselves. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic modalities, Ana tailors her approach to meet the individual needs of each client. By fostering a safe and nonjudgmental space, she invites individuals to explore their emotions with honesty and vulnerability..

In her free time, Ana enjoys baking yummy treats, going to a book-club, and taking long walks.
