Aaron is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate. He has a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University. He earned my Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of the Incarnate Word. Aaron is Gottman Method Level 1 trained.

Since beginning his therapeutic journey, Aaron has worked with families, individuals, and couples, with a particular passion for helping couples and young adults. Aaron focuses on improving communication, rekindling intimacy, and equipping clients with tools to navigate life’s transitions. He has experience addressing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, communication conflicts, intimacy issues, infidelity, co-parenting, and the complexities of separation and divorce.

Aaron utilizes a range of evidence-based approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Strategic Family Therapy. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where couples, families, and individuals can express themselves openly, rebuild trust, and foster deeper emotional connections.
